Privacy notes for the public marketing site.

CultivAIte previously collected first and last name, email address, phone number when voluntarily supplied, gardening background or other former-program application responses, and the submission date and technical metadata needed to process a request. That application form and its popup no longer collect new applications.

We use information from the former program to administer existing participation, contact former applicants, honor program-related obligations, and improve CultivAIte. We may send program-administration messages about eligibility, onboarding, testing instructions, and feedback requirements.

Marketing email consent for the former program was optional and was never inferred from an application. When a person chose it, CultivAIte stored that choice, the consent wording, and a consent timestamp. Choosing not to receive marketing, or unsubscribing later, does not stop necessary program- administration messages for existing participants.

Visitors may choose to subscribe to general email updates. For that form, CultivAIte collects first name, email address, consent, a consent timestamp, and limited source information to send the requested news, gardening tips, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from those updates at any time.

Pre-launch sign-up collects your name and email to create a CultivAIte account through Firebase Authentication. Firebase handles your password; it is never stored in our launch sign-up records. We save your account ID, name, email, launch email request, consent wording, policy version, and timestamps to administer your account and notify you at launch. This request does not subscribe you to general marketing updates.

We use Klaviyo to manage launch email requests. When this connection is enabled, we share your name, email, and launch consent details with Klaviyo for that purpose. You may receive an email asking you to confirm your launch notification request. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. Unsubscribing does not delete your CultivAIte account.

We use short-lived records derived from a hashed network address to limit abusive sign-up attempts. To request removal of your pre-launch account or withdraw your launch email request, contact info@cultivaiteapp.com. Pre-launch sign-up does not enroll you in a paid subscription.
