Privacy notes for the public marketing site.

CultivAIte may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number when you voluntarily provide it, gardening background or other beta-application responses, and the submission date and technical metadata needed to process your request. The beta-interest popup collects first name and email.

We use beta-application information to review applications, contact applicants, administer beta participation, and improve CultivAIte. We may send beta-administration messages about eligibility, onboarding, testing instructions, and feedback requirements.

Marketing email consent is optional and is never inferred from submitting a beta application. When you choose it, CultivAIte stores that choice, the consent wording, and a consent timestamp. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Choosing not to receive marketing, or unsubscribing later, does not stop necessary beta-administration messages while you remain a beta participant.

This public marketing site does not currently offer accounts, billing, or garden dashboards. These privacy notes will be reviewed as CultivAIte adds new services.
